[WSBARP] Lake Cushman Property Issue

A Trust owns a cabin on Lake Cushman.  The real property on which the cabin sits is owned by the City of Tacoma and administered by the Lake Cushman Company.  The Trust leases the property through Lake Cushman Company.  The Trust was assigned this lease by the use of a Quitclaim Deed, which described the subject property being conveyed as a leasehold interest.

Now that the surviving Trustor has passed away, the Trust now wants to convey its interest in the cabin and the lease to one of the Trust Beneficiaries.

Have any of you helped with the transfer of these types of property interests to any grantee?  If so, I would like to chat with you on the phone about this if possible.
