Hi Everyone,

I have two brothers, brother 1 owns property 1, brother 2 owns property 2. The brothers want to form and execute a written agreement amongst themselves that brother 1 will give property 1 to brother 2, and in exchange, brother 2 will give property 2 to brother 1. However, they want the transfer to occur in 6-12 months. Their purpose for drafting the agreement is to ensure that they have something legally binding that prevents the other from backing out of the agreement at any time in that period.

Any suggestions or guidance on the best instrument to accomplish such a goal?
