Listmates, I got an email from a PC in Tri-Cities. She purchased in a new home development, and is the President of the brand-new HOA. There are, needless to say, many issues relating to the developer's failure to honor contractual obligations to the HOA, and homeowners in general. Sounds like a mess. Developer is Bauder Young, development is SouthCliffe Phases 1-4
