In reviewing my prior writ of ejectments, they all contain a provision
telling the sheriff to leave the defendant's personal property if not
removed prior to execution of the writ. Shouldn't the defendant's personal
property be treated as if you are under a writ of restitution and moved to
the nearest public street? Your experiences.
