Subject: [WSBARP] Quiet Title Complaint
Listmates:
Snohomish Co. Case, Friend/Client purchased some adjacent property about 2 acres next to their property via quitclaim and closed. The 1 owner seller is still alive, but It appears that there are about 2-3 prior owners that are deceased from the 1960-70's that were not removed from title when the property transferred, one being an old logging company that doesn't exist anymore.
Would someone share with me a Quiet Title action and any input, greatly appreciated.
