Listmates, I have a client with a significant (1.5 acres) commercial timber
trespass claim. Client estimates value at $40k, in addition to
significant damage caused to real property in the process of "harvesting."
So the claims (with trebling) are in the $200k range, with a potential
award of some fees (on the "damage to property" claim).

Client is interested in finding an attorney willing to take the case on
contingency. Defendants (a family member who "authorized" the cutting, and
a now-defunct logger) have, by client report, substantial personal assets.
Availability of insurance is murky at best.

Is anyone interested? If so, please contact me to discuss further and
possible referral. Thanks as always!!!
