[WSBARP] Tax attorney

[Pasco, Teague (ATG)]

I practiced in tax controversy for the first 10 years of my legal career, and Mr. Weil's books were my first resource when faced with a difficult tax collection dispute.  They're still on the shelf behind me, I suppose due to sentimentality since I haven't done any tax work for a long time.  I was getting ready to respond with the same recommendation. List mates, I have a good client that needs assistance unraveling an IRS situation on personal income taxes.  It is convoluted and getting worse.  He pays, they send a bill he pays more then they issue a refund and then they assess penalties.  And down the rabbit hole we go.   He just needs someone to sort it out and try to get IRS under control. ( I actually said that with a straight face)   His CPAs are apparently outmatched.  Thanks, Craig
