List mates, I have a good client that needs assistance unraveling an IRS
situation on personal income taxes.  It is convoluted and getting worse.
He pays, they send a bill he pays more then they issue a refund and then
they assess penalties.  And down the rabbit hole we go.   He just needs
someone to sort it out and try to get IRS under control. ( I actually said
that with a straight face)   His CPAs are apparently outmatched.  Thanks,
