"unaddressed groundwater issues that caused damage to my after-market epoxy
flooring in my garage and numerous esthetic issues with tile, millwork,
doors unprimed, unglued joints, paint issues, drywall not nailed properly
or completely (movement), numerous nail pops due to unnailed drywall, etc.
A laundry list of substandard workmanship."

Home is in Poulsbo. New development and numerous neighbors share the same
complaints.
