[WSBARP] Gas pipeline easement

Craig: I do a lot of easement drafting, including utilities easements and work with surveyors on these things.  I also regularly work with appraisers on the valuation of an easement for compensation purposes.  I have dealt with eminent domain cases where a gas or oil company is seeking a pipeline easement across private property.  Would be happy to discuss with them. -Greg Ursich

Listmates, I received a referral from another attorney regarding a gas pipeline easement through some farmland.  I have not done a gas line easement so don't know if there are special considerations for this type of use ( I presume there are) .  Client is also seeking advice on valuation.
