[WSBARP] Debtor/Creditor Referral

Listees:  I have a PC who asks for assistance.  PC is a farmer who has personal interests and assets intertwined with farm.  The lender, Rabo Agrifinance, has forced the farm into a receivership action filed in Franklin County (where PC has some assets) and the business/farm has retained an attorney in Spokane to represent the business/farm's interests in the receivership action.  But, PC has been advised (and PC agrees) that he needs someone to represent his personal interests in the matter.  Any referrals, suggestions, or self-referrals?
