[WSBARP] Motion for Surplus Funds - RCW 61.24.080

Good Morning,

Are there any list members with experience on claiming surplus funds under RCW 61.24.080 willing to share a sample motion or just talk through the process? Our client is an HOA that is owed outstanding dues. They previously secured a judgment in district court and recorded a lien. Recently, there was a Trustee sale of the property by mortgagor. Sale is complete and there is a surplus with the clerk. Looking to file this motion as soon as possible.
