If it is Snohomish County, they want you to change the code from 09 to 117 which is the code the county assessor's office uses.

Can anyone help provide an example of a successfully recorded QCD/REETA for a parcel that is coded '09 - land with mobile home'? The recorder's office is giving me a devil of a time regarding the paperwork.
