[WSBARP] Example of QCD/REETA for land w mobile home

I cannot put my hands on one right now, but usually I submit the customary REETA for the sales price adding "TGW XYZ Mobile Home" and then also submit the Mobile Home REETA as well with no separate sales price.  You may well have tried that but that's how I usually approach it.  If they are no longer accepting that then I too would like to know what will work.

Can anyone help provide an example of a successfully recorded QCD/REETA for a parcel that is coded '09 - land with mobile home'? The recorder's office is giving me a devil of a time regarding the paperwork.
