[WSBARP] Note Servicer recommendations?

AFS/Evergreen's service is horrible. Stay away.

Spokane's Vista Title in 2021 bought Stevens County Title Escrow to compete
head on with AFS for service and price. SCT Escrow is doing very well for
my clients and highly recommend.
