I have not done recent research to have an opinion on Evergreen.

In the last year, I have had client use AFTS. Not great reviews online, but they reported back satisfied with the service (through I always advise clients keep their originals and not use the this or any third party to retain).

Subject: [WSBARP] Note Servicer recommendations?

Looking through old emails for Note servicing companies, I see people suggesting either Evergreen Note Servicing, or Timberland Bank. Are both of these still good options? Any others out there? This is a mid-six-figure residential sale in Seattle area, seller-financed.

Also, Evergreen Note Servicing's website appears to have some security problem with an expired certificate. Are they still in business?

Sincerely,

Eric
