[WSBARP] Ejectment Action

Dear All:

A Trust owns residential real property (a condo) in Federal Way (King County). In October 2022, the original Trustor died and now the Successor Trustee wants to sell the condo. Trouble is, there are still people living there (some at the Trustor's invitation and some not) and they refuse to move out. A possible twist: the people living there paid for four months of condo dues (through the end of February).

I'm planning to bring an ejectment action if these people continue to stay put. Given the fact pattern, are there any special considerations I should ... consider?

Thanks.
