I'm sharing a message from the WSBA about an upcoming CLE.  Please see the

"Dear RPPT Section members,

 

Please mark your calendars! We are writing to invite you to attend the
upcoming Trusts and Estates Litigation CLE Program. This seminar will be a
hybrid in-person/online program, held on April 28, 2023, from 8:25 am- 4pm,
at the Washington State Bar Association's Conference Center.

 

We have a great lineup of speakers who will be presenting on a variety of
useful topics, including the litigation of cases involving vulnerable
adults, handling cutting edge community property and committed intimate
relationship issues, navigating the issue of standing in a variety of
contexts, and much more (including lunch)!

 

On behalf of the entire WSBA RPPT Section and the CLE Co-Chairs, we hope to
see you on April 28th!  In the next few weeks, we will be circulating a
flyer with details about our speakers, and information on registration."
