[WSBARP] Transferring HOA to a property management company by board vote?

[Paul Okner]

Hi all...a timely add-on to this thread just came up for me: 12-unit condo
in Seattle is seeking referrals for a management company to take some
weight off the shoulders of the board.  Any recommendations of good
organizations that can cater to small communities like this?
