A Client's long time partner died. One relative of the deceased turned
client in for elder abuse. DSHS has alleged mental, physical and
financial abuse. I asked DSHS to disclose the specific acts of abuse and
all DSHS says is to give them deceased's open accounts, doctors names,
hospice and nurses information. They are simply fishing and the client has
no way to defend. Client is willing to give them the info, but should the
client without first knowing what they are being accused of doing or not
doing?
