[WSBARP] Bad Faith Insurance

I have a PC who had his house burn down a while ago, and he's getting 
the run around from his insurance company (State Farm).  Any referrals 
to someone who can look into the matter and help determine whether SF is 
acting in bad faith would be much appreciated.
