[WSBARP] Portland Area Attorney Needed

Probably asked and answered but I would like a referral to a Portland area attorney.  Client has an SBA loan with an adjustable rate which may go into default.  The client bought a commercial building in Portland in which to operate his business.  So there are likely some OR real estate issues to go along with some business issues.  At this point, it is just some advice needed.  As far as I know, there is no default yet so no pending enforcement action.
