[WSBARP] King County Historic Land Records

Check to make sure that you get the entire document when you obtain an older recorded document from a title company.  One title company gave me a copy of a recorded easement, but it was missing an important exhibit that was referenced in the main document.

Most title companies operating in King County (mine doesn't) will have the older deeds.  I would ask a few title companies and find the best price.
