[WSBARP] Inheritance to Beneficiary's Trust

A trust agreement requires that the trust real property be transferred to Child. I know that this transfer would be exempt from real estate excise tax under WAC 458-618-202.
Child desires that the real property ultimately be conveyed into Child's trust. Can this be done in a single transaction (trust to Child's trust) or does the real property have to first be transferred to Child and then from Child into Child's trust?
Just trying to streamline the process, that's all.
Thanks in advance.
