Dear All:
PC purchased a home in King County in June 2022. In November, PC discovered an unpermitted septic drain field that had been installed by the former owners in an area that had been reserved for a future septic system if one was needed. Had PC known of the existence of this drainfield, PC would not have purchased the home and, even if they had decided to go forward with the purchase, the value of the property would probably have been lower.
PC is looking for legal advice on the strength of a potential lawsuit to seek compensation for this nondisclosure. Who of you out there would be willing to talk to this PC? I will pass along any and all names.
Thanks.
