Subject: [WSBARP] Referral to LLT / Premises Liability Atty

Colleagues,

Apologies if you receive this twice (as it's cross-posted). I am looking to refer a client on a case involving landlord tenant issues and premises liability. Rental property is located in Seattle. Tenant fell and was injured. LL suspects tenant was under the influence. Tenant has a bulldog of an attorney who has effectively restricted all contact with tenant, access to the rental property, and is diverting rent into an escrow account. It sounds like quite a mess. An insurance claim is likely forthcoming. Client is looking for an attorney with 10+ years relevant experience and who can handle very difficult opposing counsel (bonus if the attorney also has experience analyzing insurance coverage issues). Please let me know if you think you are a good fit or recommend someone who might be a good fit.

Thank you,
