Dear All:
I know I have seen the answer to this somewhere before, but I forget where. Please pardon the repeat.
Title to property is shown as "Mike Smith and Judy Smith, husband and wife and Susan Jones, an unmarried woman, as tenants in common." [names are changed, but the words and punctuation are exactly as shown in the deed].
Do Mike Judy and Susan each own a one third interest in the property? Or do Mike and Judy, as husband-and-wife, own one half and does Susan own the other half?
Thanks in advance.
