the deed]. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">Do Mike Judy and Susan each own a one third interest in the property? Or do Mike and Judy, as husband-and-wife, own one half and does Susan own the other half?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
