That’s what I was saying.  Online tool is showing 100+ openings between now and then, and some as early as next week.  There is a huge discrepancy.  And the fact hearings are now 2 months behind is a problem on its own.

Think of it like reservations at a hot restaurant.  If it’s booked two months in advance and you’re aiming for the next available spot, you have to assume there’s a couple other people somewhere in the world doing the same thing. Sometimes they get all their buttons clicked and forms uploaded before you.  If you aim for a date where there’s more slots open you’re more likely to get the slot you selected.

So Courts are running 10 weeks behind now for show cause hearings.  Just received an order today stating date I picked is full, and next available date is October 11, 2023.  If you include the automatic continuance they keep granting, that’s 3+ months for a show cause hearing.  Anyone know why the online ex-parte calendar is that much off, when you look up available court dates online?
