[WSBARP] Recommendation Needed

Potential client has a problem.  Her husband purchased the widow neighbor's house and granted the widow neighbor a life estate in it.  He put a loan on their own house to do so.

He recently passed, and the widow neighbor is trashing the property, not paying the taxes as agreed, and having people move onto the property in RVs.  Potential client wants to end the neighbor's life estate for waste, violations, etc., and quiet title so she can sell it and save her own property.

Need recommendations for attorney with this experience.
