[WSBARP] Referral for Unincorporated King County Code Violation Attorney

Hello All,

I have a client that purchased a duplex a few years ago. The property is in
unincorporated king county and zoned for R. The renovations and conversion
to a duplex were done by the previous owner without any permitting etc. A
neighbor has now filed a complaint with king county and my client would
like to hire an attorney to help her navigate the situation.

Any referrals?
