[WSBARP] PLLC Formation Question

All:

A PC inquires whether a naturopathic physician and a medical assistant (who is not a nurse or a physician) may form a PLLC together to provide medical services to the public.

My sense is no as I am applying the lawyer rule (lawyers cannot practice law with nonlawyers) to the medical world.

What say you?  Any one I can refer this PC to?
