Oh and please expect that the local cities and counties will now start
putting in their own requirements for repayment plans just like Seattle
did. So the expiration of this requirement at the state level will likely
lead to even more local laws which require their own payment plan terms,
etc until the Legislature decides to finally pass preemption in this area.
