[WSBARP] Non-US Citizen Taking Title to Real Property

Which reminds me; I need a current form for real estate sale certifying that sellers are not non citizens, non residents.  Please send me one if you have a current form.

I believe any prohibition against them taking title would violate fair housing laws.

The only issue I'm aware of is possible FIRPTA withholding if they are not a proper non-citizen resident in the US at the time of a sale.  If anyone sees another issue, please post to list.
