<p>I believe any prohibition against them taking title would violate fair housing laws.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>The only issue I'm aware of is possible FIRPTA withholding if they are not a proper non-citizen resident in the US at the time of a sale. If anyone sees another issue, please post to list.<o:p></o:p></p>
