[WSBARP] Off Topic Referral Request - Nevada probate Attorney

Greetings list members.

 

Seeking a referral to a Nevada attorney that would be able to advise on a
rather messy Nevada/BC (Canada) probate matter.

 

PC is a Canadian resident.  Intestacy, second marriage, pre-nuptial
agreement drawn in Canada that required the husband (US resident) to
transfer Vegas house into joint tenancy; not done. Lawyer will have to try
to enforce the pre-nup in the probate action to claim the house. Two adult
children from prior marriage opposing.
