[WSBARP] Referral for Construction Dispute

Developer in South King County (Client) has a dispute with a subcontractor over work performed out of sequence (resulting in cost overruns) and conversion of building materials.  I'm looking for a firm to take over existing litigation of this case - trial is set for January at the RJC.

The Client needs more depth on its bench than I can provide.  Could any of you step up to take this on?  Please let me know.  Thanks.
