Hello listserve,

Current client's neighbor is developing its property. During excavation, cracks appear in clients home in concrete and drywall. Client does some investigating and finds that neighbor had received a stop-work order at some point due to digging too deep and too close to client's property. Anyone know of an expert that could substantiate whether the cracking occurred due to this violation?

Thanks,
