[WSBARP] Probate about prop. in another state

I believe AZ is a UPC state, and may have a statute of limitation on filing probate (as does Idaho - 3 yrs). I'm not sure what those states do if the SOL is blown. Possibly a quite title action? Or, possibly you could reopen the WA probate (or possibly it is still open) and then get an AZ licensed attorney to prepare the pleadings to appoint a Foreign Domiciliary Personal Representative in the county where the property is located. That is what I do when I need to transfer AZ property instead of going through an ancillary probate in AZ.

An ancillary action will have to be started in Arizona. I had to do this for a Washington resident who had property in Idaho.
