<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">I believe AZ is a UPC state, and may have a statute of limitation on filing probate (as does Idaho – 3 yrs). I’m not sure what those states do if the SOL is blown. Possibly a quite title action?
Or, possibly you could reopen the WA probate (or possibly it is still open) and then get an AZ licensed attorney to prepare the pleadings to appoint a Foreign Domiciliary Personal Representative in the county where the property is located. That is what I
do when I need to transfer AZ property instead of going through an ancillary probate in AZ.
