[WSBARP] Scrivenor's Error on Deed

OK- here's my 2 cents after 41 years of practice: I would re-record to 
correct real property address. Literally type that at the top of a 
certified copy of the recorded deed.  Pay the recording fees. Let the 
client know. It's a little embarrassing but if it helps you sleep better 
at night, it's well worth it. Clients do appreciate candor. If this is 
the worst thing you ever do, count yourself lucky. We are too darn hard 
on ourselves. If there is title insurance, get an endorsement. Believe 
me, corrected deeds to correct scriveners deeds are done ALL THE TIME. 
As my late mother used to say, " Shame on you for being human..."
