You can either run the names on the county grantor/grantee indexes and look at the last warranty deed for the name of the title company, or call a title company in the appropriate county and ask them to take a look.

Colleagues,
Is there a way to look up which insurance company wrote the most recent title insurance policy for a property? I have a property with a title problem where both owners on deed are deceased and heirs have no idea where the original policy documents went. Thanks for any advice you can give.
