[WSBARP] How reasonable is the Landlord in listing rental for sale

Have a broker come in, take photos, and list ALL the things the broker
recommends be done to the Property before listing it for sale (it helps to
also have the broker break down estimated listing price with the changes
vs. without). Then, have your clients start working on those items and make
sure all efforts are documented and ensure that all contacts with
contractors or orders of supplies have information about backorders or
delivery times to show reasonableness of any delays.
