[WSBARP] Off topic questions

Listmates,

 

I have been receiving motion pleadings with no Notice of Hearing, but with
the hearing date and time on the motion itself, much like what we do in
bankruptcy court.  However, even in bankruptcy, you need a Notice of Hearing
pleading.  I was looking at the CR's but could not put my finger on the rule
requiring a notice of hearing.  Can you point me in the right direction.
