[WSBARP] Mexican Time share sale

Listmates, I have a client that is selling his Cabo timeshare to someone in Wisconsin.  Any idea how those transfers are made and my client is assured of getting his money?  I presumed the timeshare company would handle it but have never been involved in one.   Thanks, Craig
