[WSBARP] Small Business Has Insurance Claim for Water Damage

Hi, Listmates.

I'm representing a small business whose work area flooded when the business next door had a water heater give out. So they are claiming against that businesses insurance.

It's a new area for me, wondering if anybody would have some time and willingness to discuss the scenario. Thanks.
