[WSBARP] Surveyor for BLA in Kent

Colleagues,

I’m looking for someone to survey 2 properties in Kent (possibly 3) and prepare a BLA.  One parcel is 16.5 acres.  The other parcels are .31 acres and .29 acres.  Client contacted a few surveyors (based on a Google search) and one surveyor told her that King Co. won’t even look at surveys for 6 mos. and it will take another 6 mos. to complete review.  That seems absurd to me.  Does anyone have a recommendation for a surveyor to perform a BLA in Kent?  Does anyone have recent experience on timeframe?  There is an active lawsuit and the boundary line dispute and lawsuit are clouding title and delaying listing/sales of two parcels.
