You can always file a substitution of Trustee and then send the request for recon there. We do alot of those through our Trustee division.  Trustee Services of Washington,  Inc. .

Dear All:



An older deed of trust lists Transamerica Title Insurance Company as the Trustee.  Who is the successor to Transamerica Title?  Chicago Title?  Fidelity National?  Someone else?



Another deed of trust affecting the same property lists Transnation Title Insurance Company as the Trustee.  Same questions.



I just need to know who to send requests for full reconveyance.
