[WSBARP] Reconveyance as a Part of Quiet Title Action

Dear Listmates:

We just finished a quiet title action to clear a second position deed of trust for a note that was long paid off. The court ordered that title be quieted in Client's name (subject to the first position DOT), that the DOT be reconveyed to Client. I was appointed Trustee under RCW 7.28.010.

Could any of you provide an example of a full reconveyance that would fit this scenario? All the ones I've got relate to a beneficiary requesting reconveyance. I suppose I could make up some language myself, but thought I should use language that has already been proven to work.

Thanks.
