[WSBARP] Eviction Advice

Hey Listmates.  I am assisting a elderly blind woman evict someone.  Neighbor wants to help.

  1.   I need a form for a special power of attorney so the neighbor can sign the UD pleadings.  Anyone have a WA special power of attorney for litigation purposes (or something I can modify)?
  2.  I assume but want to verify that all of my pleadings still list the elderly woman as the plaintiff and the only difference is that the neighbor signs as agent under a power of attorney.
  3.  Please ignore all of those pesky ethics questions for now.
